Manager – Consumer Partnerships
Job Description
Responsible for Partner acquisition, relationship management, invoicing, reporting, program visibility and offers for Etisalat Rewards program and other engagement platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition
- Looking after key partner acquisition based on brand acceptance in the market and within Etisalat as well as customer perception. Partner selection and point cost to be for the full benefit of Etisalat and REWARDS members.
Relationship management with partners
- Manage and handle existing partners. Organize regular meeting with each partner to update them on their performance and understand their concerns and suggestions.
- Prepare at least one yearly partner event where we invite all partners and quarterly events for Master and Strategic partner.
